American Home Design, Inc. — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2026

American Home Design, Inc. (“American Home Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices with respect to information collected through our website, by phone, by text message, by mail, and through our marketing and advertising activities. Please read it carefully so you understand how your “Personally Identifiable Information” (PII) — information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate you — is handled.

By providing your information to us, visiting our website, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

When you interact with us — by visiting our website, requesting an estimate, registering, entering a giveaway, filling out a form, or otherwise contacting us — we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, mailing/home address, and phone number;

  • Information about your property and the products or services you are interested in;

  • Communications you send us, including text messages, chat messages, voicemails, and call recordings;

  • Website usage information, including pages viewed, links clicked, IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below); and

  • Any other details you choose to provide to help us serve you.

When Do We Collect Information?

We collect information when you register on our site, fill out or submit a form, request a quote or estimate, enter a giveaway, subscribe to communications, respond to a survey or marketing message, call or text us, or otherwise browse and interact with our website.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up after correspondence (live chat, email, phone, or text);

  • Provide estimates, schedule appointments, and deliver products and services;

  • Send you periodic emails, text messages, mailings, and other communications regarding your order, our products, and our services;

  • Market and advertise our products and services to you across the channels described below; and

  • Operate, improve, and analyze our website, communications, and marketing.

Marketing and Advertising Communications

American Home Design engages in marketing and advertising to promote our home improvement products and services. If you provide your contact information or interact with us, we may reach out to you for marketing purposes by email, mail, phone, and text message. We may also use the practices described below.

Telephone Calls and Automatic Telephone Dialing Systems (Auto-Dialer)

We may contact you by telephone for sales, marketing, scheduling, and service purposes. These calls may be placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer) and/or may include prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and recordkeeping purposes.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Voice Agent

Some of our calls may be handled by an AI-powered voice agent — an automated system that uses artificial intelligence to speak with you, answer questions, gather information, and route or schedule your request. When you interact with our AI voice agent, your conversation may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to assist you and improve our services. You may request to speak with a live representative at any time.

Text Messaging and AI-Assisted Texting

We may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages for marketing, scheduling, follow-up, and service purposes. Some of our text messages may be generated or sent with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) and automated messaging systems, and replies may be handled by an automated, AI-assisted system. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Your Consent

By providing your phone number to American Home Design, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our service providers at that number, including calls and messages placed using an auto-dialer, an AI voice agent, prerecorded or artificial voice, and AI-assisted text messaging, for the purposes described above. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message.

  • Phone calls: Tell our representative or AI voice agent that you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or contact us using the information in the “Contacting Us” section below.

  • Emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us directly.

  • Mail: Contact us using the information below to request removal from our mailing list.

We will honor opt-out requests promptly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still contact you regarding an active order, appointment, or service request.

Website Visitor Identification and Retargeting

When you visit our website, we and our third-party advertising and data partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to recognize your device and, in some cases, to identify website visitors. We use this information to retarget and remarket to you across channels. This may include:

  • Email retargeting: Sending you marketing emails based on your visit to and activity on our website; and

  • Direct mail retargeting: Sending marketing materials, including postcards and other printed pieces, to your home or mailing address based on your visit to our website.

To provide these services, we may work with third-party vendors who match online activity to contact information (including postal addresses) and help us deliver these communications. If you would prefer not to receive retargeted email or direct mail, you may opt out using the methods described in “How to Opt Out” above, or by contacting us directly. You may also limit online tracking through your browser and cookie settings and the ad-industry opt-out tools described below.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information, and we use regular malware scanning. We do not collect or store credit card information through our website, and we do not perform PCI-standard vulnerability scanning because we do not process payment card data online. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your device through your web browser (if you allow) that enable the site’s systems to recognize your browser and remember certain information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Understand and save your preferences for future visits;

  • Compile aggregate data about site traffic and interactions to improve our website and services; and

  • Support advertising, retargeting, and remarketing as described in this Policy, including through trusted third-party services that collect this information on our behalf.

You can set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or to turn off all cookies, through your browser settings. Each browser is different, so check your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies, some features of our website may not function properly.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who help us operate our business and deliver communications to you — including messaging and calling platform providers, AI voice and texting providers, phone companies, advertising and data partners, mailing and direct-mail vendors, and similar service providers — solely to provide these services to us.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign, or your SMS/text consent status, with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you the messaging services you requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to comply with legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of American Home Design, our customers, or others.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

Google

Google’s advertising requirements are summarized by Google’s Advertising Principles, which are designed to provide a positive experience for users (https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1316548?hl=en).

We use Google advertising products on our website. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other sites on the Internet. We have implemented features that may include remarketing, Google Display Network impression reporting, and demographics and interests reporting. We, together with third-party vendors such as Google, use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies or identifiers to compile data regarding user interactions with ads and our website.

Opting out: You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a conspicuous privacy policy. In accordance with CalOPPA:

  • Users may visit our site anonymously;

  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on our website;

  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on this Privacy Policy page; and

  • Users can change their personal information by emailing or contacting us.

How Does Our Site Handle Do Not Track Signals?

We honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Please note that some third parties may continue to track activity in ways we do not control.

Does Our Site Allow Third-Party Behavioral Tracking?

Yes. As described in this Policy, we allow third-party behavioral tracking to support analytics, advertising, retargeting, and remarketing.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

We do not specifically market to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, gives parents control over the collection of personal information from children under 13.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practice Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States. In the event of a data breach, we will take responsive action and will notify affected users by email within 7 business days. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which provides individuals the right to pursue legally enforceable remedies against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act sets the rules for commercial email and gives recipients the right to stop receiving emails from us.

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information and respond to inquiries, requests, or questions; and

  • Market to our mailing list and send emails to our clients after the original transaction.

To comply with CAN-SPAM, we agree to:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses;

  • Identify the message as an advertisement where appropriate;

  • Include the physical address of our business;

  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance; and

  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests promptly.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future emails, follow the instructions at the bottom of any email and we will promptly remove you from that correspondence.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated Policy on this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
